It’s unlikely that tickets will be available on the day. If they are, they can be purchased on-site at the festival from our ticket box office, subject to availability.
Further information on travel, parking, and transport options will be shared in the coming months.
Summer Fest is not a camping festival and all guests will be asked to leave the site at 10:30pm each day.
The festival gates open at 11:00am on both days with live music starting from 12pm. The site closes and music finishes at 10.30pm.
Opening hours are 11:00am – 10:30pm. Last entry is 5pm.
No – once you’re in, you’ll be with us for the whole day. Please make sure you bring everything you need with you before entering the site.
Wristbands will be issued and secured when you enter the festival gates. Please keep yours on for the duration of the event, as lost or removed wristbands cannot be replaced.
No, there will be a specific weekend wristband that stays on the same person for both days. Please do not remove your weekend wristbands as they cannot be replaced.
The same regulations apply at Summer Fest as the rest of the country. You can smoke in open air but not inside big tops and tents – including the VIP tent and bar marquees.
There are no cash machines on the site, but there are cash machines around Weston-super-Mare that you can use before entry into the festival.
Due to licensing restrictions you are not permitted to bring alcohol on site. Searches will be conducted on the front gate – please do not be offended it is for the safety of all guests. Any alcohol or illegal substances will be confiscated if found.
Unfortunately, no food is permitted into the festival, with the exception of baby food and sealed water bottles. There is a huge selection of food vendors to suit all tastes!
The festival provides accessible toilets and a viewing platform with limited capacity for guests who are mobility impaired. Please note that, due to the nature of the site, some areas may have uneven ground.
A free carer/companion ticket can be added to your order. Proof of eligibility is required on entry in the form of one of the following:
– A Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter dated within the last 2 years.
– A letter from a GP or consultant (dated within the last 2 years) confirming the need for a full-time carer/companion. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.
– A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol. The photo on the card must be of the guest who requires a free carer/companion.
Gazebos and tents are not allowed inside the festival site. Camping chairs are permitted, but only beyond the ‘no furniture’ line.
Please note that personal furniture will not be permitted in the VIP Area. However, we have a wide selection of seating options available for your comfort, including deck chairs, rattan furniture, and park benches. These seating choices are provided to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience in the VIP area
All children under 18 must attend with an adult. Please keep children under supervision at all times. Under 4’s are free and no ticket is required.
Only assistance dogs are allowed at the festival.
There will be merchandise available to purchase at the festival. We will also be selling tickets to next year’s Summer Fest at a discounted price!
Set times will be released nearer the time.
Local road closures will be announced in the coming months.
No – as per government guidelines you are no longer required proof of vaccination or negative PCR to enter festivals.
